Our initiative connects independent artists and small business workshop hosts with cozy, character-rich spaces and engaged local audiences. Through curated art-focused gatherings in an intimate "Wohnzimmer" (living room) setting, we support emerging creatives while building inclusive, art-loving communities.

I am Jennifer Valladares, a project management specialist and mentor with a background in business and economics. I support community builders in planning, budgeting, and implementing their MVPs so their ideas can become sustainable realities. Together with Tijmen, I’m part of The Bude, a co-created pavilion in Berlin’s public space.
For me, belonging means creating open, inclusive spaces where people can connect freely and discover that a single place in Berlin can hold many purposes.

Participation is free! Selected projects will also receive support such as mentorship, visibility, and resources. We will assess individual cases to determine whether additional budget can be allocated for further development of the idea. This evaluation will be conducted on a project-by-project basis.
We’re open to many ideas — from public interventions (like conversation benches or pop-up events) to third-space gatherings (like storytelling cafés) or even training offers for local changemakers. The projects should foster belonging to the city for participants.
Mirror Neurons Space Coworking Sessions
